New Features

Enhanced Support

The Support item in the More... menu is now a sub-page with helpful links for getting in touch with the spidertracks team - from feedback/requests through to raising tickets or reaching out to our sales team.

We've also linked our support contact numbers with your phone dialer to make it easier to get in touch when it's urgent - even when you don't have mobile data. 

Enhancements

Larger Spidertxt Messages

The size limit per Spidertxt message has been increased from 120 charachters to 200. This makes it easier to share weather reports and templated content such as pre or post flight summaries. 

Additional Aircraft Colours

The aircraft colour set was recently expanded from 5 to 12 unique options in our web app. This release carries support for the new colours through to the mobile apps. 

Aircraft Status Accuracy

The delay before an aircraft is shown offline in the Flying Page aircraft list has been reduced. This was previously based on a fixed delay since the last received point. It now factors the reporting settings of the aircraft to enable a much shorter delay for Spiders reporting more frequently than 10 minute intervals.

Bug Fixes

Aircraft icons: Fixes an issue with icon orientation in v5.3.0 (iOS only)
