New Features

Spider X Status Page and Diagnostics (5.7.0)

Spider X (firmware v6.7.1 and later) can collect and report summary diagnostics to assist with initial commissioning and to aid troubleshooting hardware performance if required.

This latest mobile app release is required to display these new Spider X diagnostics.

Information is made available under five groups, with each having a summary status and being expandable to provide a more detailed breakdown of related diagnostics:

• Connectivity
• Tracking
• Insights
• Integrations
• Firmware

Summary feedback has been translated to simple scales that colour coded for even easier interpretation;

• Green feedback means the system is performing well. No action needed.
• Amber feedback may be transient; if it persists, it is worth investigating to understand if there are actions that could be taken to improve the performance of your installation.
• Red feedback means intervention is required to restore good system performance. 

Information in Gray may not directly correlate with good or bad performance, but it is provided as additional context that can assist when troubleshooting.
