A complete refresh of the Admin page for adding and managing Users, aircraft Visibility and crew Tags.
The new page supports a new Member Invite workflow with the following benefits:
- Admins only need to know email address (i.e. no longer need name, phone number of the invitee)
- Bulk invites are supported (up to 25 users)
- Invites can be re-sent, in the case they were blocked/filtered
- Invites auto expire after 7 days for security
- Expired invites can be easily re-sent within 30 days
- Owners and Admins can be notified when Invites have been accepted (or Expired) to aid with efficient next steps
The new Members table contains all Users that accepted their Invitation. This table now provides access to manage:
- User role (Member or Admin)
- Aircraft visibility (now managed conveniently in the same place)
- Assigned crew Tag (behind feature toggle) (now managed conveniently in the same place)
- Tags are for crew association with Flights
- This feature is currently linked with the integration with Air Maestro
The Users page now contains a Guests tab. Guests are currently Users that were invited via the old User management page, where the User was registered against the Organisation but did not complete their account setup. These users were still able to be setup against Notification configs. The Guests table allows:
- Sending an Invite to guests, to enable them to complete the path to become a Member
- Deleting Guests
- More Guest functions will be added in future
