You can use Spidertxt to exchange messages with other members of Organisations you are a member of and that have Spidertxt enabled.
How to Start Using Spidertxt via the Web.
1. To send and receive messages via Spidertxt, click on the Spidertxt Icon that appears on the Flying Page.
2. Any members within your organisation who have signed up for an account will be listed in the contacts column.
3. Click on a member you would like to send a message to.
4. Write your message.
5. Click send.
Spidertxt Groups Feature
Selecting Groups on the Spidertxt page will show the Name of the Group.
- Sending a message in a Spidertxt Group results in the message being sent to every member of the Group.
- Find the Groups that are textable.
- The list of Members in a Group and the Organisation it exists by clicking the down arrow
- The Users will be visible below in both web and mobile clients

Other Spidertxt Features.
1. Search Function. Easily search for other Users by name.
2. Select your View, choose between seeing all threads or specific ones.
3. Using the dropdown arrow, you can view what organisation a User belongs to.
Note:
The Aircraft List on the Map page shows a Spidertxt symbol if the spider is active and if there is a user paired with it.
If you hover over the icon, it tells you the name of the user connected to the Spider.
Note:
- Message length is limited to 200 characters.
- A notification will be shown on the menu sidebar if unread messages exist.
- When a message says 'Sending' - This means that the message is being sent to the Spider from the mobile device.
- When a message says 'Sent' - This means the Spider has sent the message to the Iridium network.
