All Spiders come with a 12-month warranty from date of purchase. However, we like to troubleshoot the initial problems to make sure that it is not something that can be easily fixed.
To start the process, please contact Spidertracks Support with the following information:
- The serial number of the Spider.
- Details of the issue (what you are experiencing, date the issues started).
- Photo of the installation.
- How the Spider is connected to the power supply.
If, during the support process, we determine that your Spider needs to come back to our headquarters for testing and/or repair then we will issue a Return to Manufacturer Authorisation (RMA) number and assist you with this process.
Spidertracks will honour warranties for any defective Spiders. However, if Spiders are returned without undergoing troubleshooting, there may be associated charges. These could include administration, testing fees, and shipping costs, which may exceed $600USD.
Please Note: Important Warranty Information:
Disassembling or opening the Spider will invalidate the warranty. To ensure your device remains covered under warranty, refrain from attempting any internal repairs or modifications.

Return Shipment and RMA Policy
Please be aware that you are responsible for covering the cost of return shipment. Once your Spider device is received, it will be placed on a $0 'RMA' (Return Merchandise Authorization) plan until it is successfully removed from your account.

My Spider is out of warranty, What now?
Spidertracks is no longer able to service or repair the following discontinued Spider types;
- Spider 1
- Spider 2
- Spider 3
- Spider 4
- Spider 5
- Spider 6
- Spider 7
- *Spider 8
- *Spider X
*If the Spider is out of its 1-year warranty.
This is due to the components no longer being manufactured and these Spiders being incompatible with the latest safety features we are releasing.
