Enabling Spidertxt is done in the Organisation Settings Management Page.
Enabling Spidertxt
1. Select Admin.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select the organisation that you would like to activate Spidertxt for.
4. Select Spidertxt.
5. Select Enable.
Once enabled everyone in your organisation will be able to use Spidertxt immediately through the website and through their mobile applications.
Note: Spidertxt is included at no additional charge on all of our subscription plans. However, if you wish to deactivate Spidertxt please see this article: Please see this article on How To Deactivate Spidertxt.
Mobile Users
When Spidertxt is enabled via the Admin settings, it will automatically be shown in the Mobile applications and be available for use.
