How To Submit Your Own Feedback & Ideas.

We deeply value our flying community and appreciate the input that helps us improve our product. Your feedback, both positive and negative, is taken very seriously, and we are grateful for the time you have invested in sharing your thoughts with us.

To share your thoughts and ideas, you can find the relevant page by:

1. Whilst logged in to the website hover over the circle at the bottom of the page in the dark-colored menu (just above the logout button).

This will redirect you to our Ideas Portal, where you can;

1. Add A New Idea.

2. Search for an Idea to vote on it.

3. Filter and look through the different category areas.

4. Review all recently submitted ideas.

Alternatively, you can also send feedback via the Spidertracks app. 

1. Tap More.
2. Tap Support.
3. Tap Feature Requests and Feedback.

Clicking Feedback will take you to the Ideas & Feedback page, where you can see what the rest of the pilot community wants in a product.
